Weight Management for Performance – weight changes can be achieved during off-season or during the beginning weeks of the season. The meal plan will be adjusted for weight loss/gain/management based on timing of season and goals.
Pre and Post Race Nutrition – personalized nutrition for days leading up to and post-race day.
Race Day Nutrition – personalized race nutrition based on distance and time of event.

Exposures – assistance with exposures to reduce anxiety in relation to food, social situations, behaviors.
